Cross Country Practice Today

Whew another cross country practice gone by, today was speed training which includes:

1. Running 1.5 km to a park

2. 200 metre sprints 5x

3. 600 metre sprint

4. Butt Kicks and Knee -Ups

5. 1.5 km run home


After this I am really tired and my legs are seizing up, unfortunately I have a race on wednesday so I am taking bath in epsom salts....Actually works!

Anyways I am back from Ottawa and Rochester is coming up next weekend and I am so excited. On sunday my dad and I went shopping to find me a new bed for the new house and I got a new video game...Halo 3 ODST which is fun.
